Howard Hospitality Group, a hotel investor and developer on Grand Cayman, will launch Locale, a limited-service hotel brand, with the projected opening of its first hotel in September.
The 42-room Locale Grand Cayman is located two blocks from Seven Mile Beach near local businesses and the Camana Bay shopping and dining area.
The hotel will feature "live and work" guestrooms and lofts catering to business travelers. Facilities will include retail shops, the Bonfire restaurant and Swirl, a Columbian gelato shop.
