The Middle East's first Hard Rock Hotel will open in Dubai next year.
The Hard Rock Hotel Dubai Marina, which is being developed by Abu Dhabi Financial Group and Sheffield Holdings, will occupy the bottom 33 floors of the Marina 101 project, which will be the world's tallest residential-inclusive building when it opens next year.
The 281-room hotel will also have events space on the building's 101st floor.
There are 21 Hard Rock hotels worldwide.
