Hard Rock International has announced plans to open the Hard Rock Hotel Papagayo, Costa Rica's first Hard Rock hotel, in early 2018.
Hard Rock is collaborating with Sunwing Travel Group on the 294-room, all-inclusive resort, located about 30 minutes from Liberia International Airport. It will be managed by Sunwing's Blue Diamond Resorts division, which operates properties in the Caribbean and Mexico under brands including Royalton, Chic and Memories.
The Hard Rock Hotel Papagayo will feature Hard Rock trademarks such as an extensive music memorabilia collection, complimentary in-room use of a Fender guitar and a full-service Rock Spa.
