Hilton has reflagged the former Ravella at Lake Las Vegas, and the property is now called the Hilton Lake Las Vegas Resort & Spa.
Located within the 3,600-acre Lake Las Vegas resort community, the 349-room resort opened as a Ritz-Carlton in 2003.
The resort closed in 2010 when the property owner defaulted on its mortgage loan, and then it reopened as the Ravella in 2011, under the management of Dolce Hotels & Resorts.
California real estate developer Kam Sang Co. acquired the resort and the adjacent Casino MonteLago last November.
Lake Las Vegas is about 17 miles east of the Las Vegas Strip.
