Elara, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club, opened for business on the Las Vegas Strip in the building previously known as the Planet Hollywood Towers by Westgate.
The 52-story tower has 1,201 units ranging from studios to four-bedroom suites. More than 17,000 of Planet Hollywood Towers owners will keep their stake in Elara.
Planet Hollywood Towers by Westgate was the world’s largest single-building vacation-ownership property when it opened in 2009. LV Tower 52 LLC acquired controlling interest in the building late last year.
