The Caribbean’s first hotel under
the new Hyatt Centric lifestyle brand is scheduled to open in Barbados in
2019.
The Hyatt Centric Carlisle Bay,
Barbados will be located near Bridgetown, and will
sit on almost three acres of waterfront on Brownes Beach.
The 237-room hotel will offer shipwreck-diving and
reef-snorkeling among its water activities. A spa will have six treatment
rooms.
The first Hyatt Centric
opened in Chicago last April. The first Hyatt Centric outside the U.S. opened last
month in Montevideo, Uruguay.
