The Ruposhi Bangla Hotel in Dhaka, Bangladesh, will become the InterContinental Dhaka in 2014, after the 272-room hotel undergoes a renovation.
InterContinental hotel Group reached a 30-year management agreement with hotel owner Bangladesh Services Ltd., and said the renovations would be “extensive” and would require the hotel to close.
The hotel was formerly known as the Dhaka Sheraton.
