Starwood Hotels & Resorts’ Le
Meridien brand will enter Fort Lauderdale next year with the reflagging and $30
million renovation of a former Sheraton property near
Dania Beach.

Airport will have 245 rooms as
well as two restaurants and a bar.
The hotel, which will also feature
a renovated pool area and 20,000 square feet of meeting space, will be part of
the 40-acre Design Center of the Americas campus.
