Marriott to refurbish, rebrand Hotel Le Parc-Trocadero Paris

Under a management agreement signed recently with Strategic Hotels & Resorts, the 116-room Hotel Le Parc-Trocadero Paris is being renovated and rebranded for Marriott International's Renaissance brand.

The hotel will be renamed the Renaissance Le Parc Trocadero Paris Hotel when renovations are complete, becoming the brand's third in Paris.

All guest rooms and suites, meetings room and public areas will be refurbished. Also planned for the property is an updated fitness center and new dining and lounge options.

Almost a century-old, the Le Parc Hotel was once the gathering place for Parisian society. Arne Sorenson, Marriott International's CFO and president of European lodging, said the company looks forward to working with the hotel owners in restoring the property it to its former grandeur and style.
