Montage Hotels & Resorts, which took over management of Maui’s Residences at Kapalua Bay last summer, has officially reopened the luxury resort under the Montage brand.
The Montage Kapalua Bay, which covers 24 acres, underwent a $15 million renovation. The property has 50 suites and 54 branded residences.
Montage also operates luxury hotels in Laguna Beach and Beverly Hills, Calif., as well as in Deer Valley, Utah.
