PHOENIX -- REZsolutions is set to acquire Prima Hotels. Prima, a
sister company of Leading Hotels of the World, is a representation
firm that does sales and marketing for member properties. The
agreement will add 110 hotels to the REZsolutions Hospitality
Group, and Prima will be the division's fourth brand.
Other brands include Summit Hotels & Resorts, Sterling
Hotels and Resorts and Golden Tulip Worldwide.
