two properties in Italy, the Masseria Torre Maizza in Puglia and the Hotel de
la Ville in Rome.

within a former 16th century farmhouse and has undergone extensive renovations.

design Olga Polizzi, showcases a mix of colorful prints, white linens and
wicker furniture, as well as other rustic decor elements.
The property's amenities include a nine-hole golf course,
private beach club and spa.

a trio of signature suites, each served by a butler and concierge.
