Los Angeles-based hotel and nightclub operator SBE will open Atlanta's first SLS-branded lifestyle hotel in 2019.
SLS Atlanta Hotel & Residences, a collaboration between SBE and Atlanta-based developer the Trillist Cos., will have 213 rooms and 56 condominiums ranging from 1,600 square feet to 4,000 square feet.
The property, which will be located two blocks from Atlanta's Piedmont Park in Midtown Atlanta, will also have a "wide range of internationally renowned food and beverage venue options." While the company didn't disclose any particular outlets, SBE has long worked with celebrity chef Jose Andres and with high-end chainlets such as Katsuya.
SBE last month said it reached an agreement to acquire New York-based boutique hotel operator Morgans Hotel Group for $794 million.
SBE will also open Miami's SLS Brickell Hotel & Residences later this month.
