Denihan Hospitality Group will take over the Shoreham Hotel in midtown Manhattan and convert it into an Affinia next year.
Deniham's brands include Affinia and the James.
The hotel on West 55th Street has 177 rooms as well as event facilities that can accommodate as many as 150 people. The property also includes the Shoreham Bar.
