Six Senses opened its first property in the U.K. with the debut of the Six Senses London.
The 109-room property is part of The Whiteley, a new mixed-use complex within the former Whiteley's department store in West London.
The hotel incorporates the building's original art deco elements, and many of its rooms and suites feature private terraces.
Some unique amenities
The property's spa spans nearly 25,000 square feet and includes what the brand bills as the first magnesium mineral-water pool at a London hotel as well as a 66-foot indoor swimming pool, cryotherapy and flotation spaces, a longevity clinic and a biohack recovery lounge.

The Six Senses London also includes 14 branded residences, the Whiteley's Kitchen, Bar and Cafe dining outlet and a new private members concept called Six Senses Place.
The hotel joins the luxury brand's growing roster of urban properties, following recent openings in Rome and Kyoto, Japan.
Six Senses, which is part of the IHG Hotels & Resorts brand portfolio, currently has 27 properties worldwide.
