Grand Case Beach Club in Grand Case, St.
Martin completed a major refurbishing program that includes guest
room and bathroom renovations; the addition of flat screen TVs;
Wi-Fi access in certain public areas; and a new boardwalk
overlooking the ocean and village of Grand Case.
"The refurbishing
and renovation program is part of our goal of giving new and repeat
guests something different to see and experience every year," said
Steve Wright, general manager. "This has helped us achieve a high
percentage of repeat guests, between 40% and 45%, and a year-round
occupancy of 80%."
