Warwick International Hotels will open an adults-only, all-inclusive resort in the Bahamas in October.

The $28 million property near Nassau Harbour will have 244 rooms and will have locally inspired design cues such as woven-basket light fixtures and weathered shutters.

Amenities will include four restaurants, free WiFi, rental of non-motorized water sports equipment, gym access and nightly entertainment.

Warwick has more than 50 properties worldwide, though its only other Caribbean hotel is in the Dominican Republic.
