The Globus family of brands has developed a fam trip concept called "For U, By Us" that focuses on travel advisor training and learning opportunities.
Built to be administered by business development managers (BDMs) working directly with travel advisors, the concept is a sales-focused, learn-and-earn initiative that combines immersive experiences with a comprehensive training program. Advisors huddle with their BDMs to choose an itinerary from among 12 Globus tour styles plus Avalon Waterways river cruises.
Advisors will receive detailed itineraries and training materials, and will establish booking-focused goals. The trip experience will include training and social media content creation to boost the advisor's visibility and brand engagement. Success will be measured through a combination of bookings, social media reach and advisor feedback.
