FAIRFAX, Va. -- Travel agent arbiter William McGee approved
settlements between ARC and two agencies that agreed to accept
cease-and-desist orders, as follows:
Faria Jassim (doing business as Superbe Travel) of Santa
Clarita, Calif., agreed to stop using ARC ticket stock to sell
Delta, which terminated its appointment.Sharon A. Leisher (doing business as Five Star
Travel/Jacksonville) of Jack-sonville, Fla., agreed to stop using
ARC stock to sell Olympic Airways, which terminated its
appointment.In exchange, ARC dropped complaints against the agencies.
