Avoya Travel has added three new executive roles to its leadership team.

Mark Francone was named CFO. He will lead the accounting team and a newly created finance department for Avoya. He joins the host agency after more than 17 years with Princess Cruises, most recently as the vice president of finance.

Melody Goldman was named senior vice president of people operations. She will lead the agency's people operations team. Goldman brings more than 20 years of experience, having held executive roles at RoadRunner Sports, Burger Lounge and Kimpton Hotels.

Nathan Osborne was named senior vice president of strategic operations. He will oversee Avoya's mergers and acquisitions strategy and legal oversight and will form a new traveler experience team. He joins Avoya after more than 11 years with e-commerce software company Miva. Most recently, Osborne was the company's COO.
