Travel advisor feedback has been the cornerstone of TravelPro365, Coastline Travel's new booking platform

TravelPro365 shows advisors GDS inventory of hotels, flights and car rentals, with access to rates, amenities and commissions from preferred partners and Virtuoso.

It also offers quick quoting, promotions, itineraries and insurance options. The platform automatically invoices commissions for advisors.

Advisors can place their own branding on any client-facing documentation.

The platform was designed to be easy to use, attracting new advisors to the Garden Grove, Calif.-based agency and getting them to work faster.

"This was always a pipe dream of mine," Coastline Travel Group president and CEO Jay Johnson said in a release. "I knew that if we could ever make a GDS user-friendly, it would be a game-changer. And it's here now."

The platform was designed internally over the last three years with feedback coming regularly from advisors, said Coastline director of communications Taylor Feller. Kenny Wang, formerly of Virtuoso, has been developing TravelPro365 with Coastline.

While TravelPro365 previously had the ability to book cruises, it does not at the moment. Feller said Coastline is looking for a new partner to offer cruise inventory with the next 30 to 60 days.

Other agencies have approached Coastline about using TravelPro365. While that is a consideration, Feller said, right now it is only available for Coastline advisors.
