ROCKVILLE CENTRE, N.Y.--Space, an 1,800-member consortium here,
said travel agents attending its national conference will receive a
coupon booklet worth more than $900 in commission bonuses and
discounts from preferred suppliers. The conference will be held
Oct. 22 to 25 at the Buttes Resort in Phoenix. It will feature a
trade show of more than 60 preferred suppliers that enables "agents
to develop stronger one-on-one relationships with suppliers, which
will ultimately help the agency provide better service to clients,"
said Milton Cohen, president and chief operating officer of Space.
