Cruise Planners has launched a new tool for travel advisors, the Amenity Tracker, which organizes clients' amenities in one place to help ensure everything is delivered as promised.

The agency franchisor teased the Amenity Tracker late last year during its annual convention, CP World.

Travel advisors can add any kind of amenities for clients, like onboard credits, prepaid gratuities, WiFi and drink packages within CP Maxx, Cruise Planners' proprietary booking engine.

"This tool was an idea from one of our top-producing advisors," Cruise Planners chief information officer Brian Shultz said in a release. "It will save him and his team several hours and ensure that they are delivering all of the amenities that were promised to their clients at the time of booking."

Cruise Planners noted that streamlining amenities is particularly helpful considering the number of offers and promotions available from suppliers, consortia partners and Cruise Planners.

Advisors can sort amenities by type, assign dollar values and include special notes to clients. Amenities can be included on client invoices and in their myTrips accounts. (MyTrips is a portal that enables clients to see upcoming bookings.)

Amenity Tracker also includes reporting features.
