Cruise Planners (No. 18 on Travel Weekly's 2022 Power List) has promoted two executives and welcomed a new vice president of operations to the company.

Theresa Scalzitti, formerly Cruise Planners' chief sales officer, has been named chief operations officer. 

Scott Koepf, previously senior vice president of strategic development, has been named chief strategy officer.

The two round out Cruise Planners' C-suite, which also includes CEO and founder Michelle Fee and chief information officer Brian Shultz.

Cruise Planners has also hired Jeffrey Sherota as vice president of operations. The role is a new one at Cruise Planners.

Sherota joins the company from World Travel Holdings, where he was a 15-year member of the executive team.
