Dream Vacations, CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. have introduced a new tiered approach to travel advisor education with 101-, 201- and 301-level learning tracks.
The agent networks have also added a new sales and business administration curriculum to their offerings.
The changes came after analyzing existing training content and identifying areas where more was needed, director of training Charity Santiago said in a press release.

Advisors can now take 101-, 201- and 301-level courses in product, marketing, sales, business administration, groups and My Cruise Control, the proprietary customer relationship management system used by Dream Vacations, CruiseOne and Cruises Inc.
The training is flexible. Advisors can choose to complete all of the courses in one training level before moving on to the next, or they can complete all levels for a single subject if they prefer.
In total, Dream Vacations, CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. advisors have access to more than 1,000 training modules online.
