KimKim, the platform that links advisors with destination experts, has launched a new app enabling travel advisors to more easily share trip details with their clients.
Designed to replace more fragmented trip documentation forms like PDFs and email chains, KimKim said, the app delivers itineraries to travelers. It was specifically built for custom, multiday trips.
Travelers will see a day-by-day itinerary for their trip, including accommodations, activities, transfers and free time. It houses confirmations, tickets, meeting details and attachments.
The itinerary is delivered to travelers via a secure link from their advisor.
"Advisors are increasingly focused on delivering highly personalized experiences efficiently," KimKim chief operating officer Yenyi Fu said in a release. "This app allows advisors to present complex itineraries in a simple, intuitive format, helping travelers feel supported while freeing advisors to focus on relationships rather than logistics."
KimKim will host a webinar about the new app, including a Q-and-A session, on Feb. 26 at 1 p.m. ET.
