Davis will replace John Werner, who leaves the same post at the end of the year after 25 years at MAST.

Davis has been with Holland America Line for almost ten years. He began as a business development manager and rose to his current role as director of national and strategic accounts in 2024.

Prior to Holland America, Davis worked in meetings and events, as a travel advisor, and in sales with Marriott International for 12 years.

Davis will oversee day-to-day operations at MAST and focus on enhancing member experience, strengthening operation infrastructure, expanding strategic partnerships and supporting long-term growth objectives.

"Andrew brings the right balance of strategic vision, operational discipline and relationship-driven leadership," said Geoff Hendren, MAST's chairman and CEO. "His leadership experience and ability to align teams around a clear mission make him an ideal leader for this moment in MAST's evolution."

Based in Oakbrook, Ill., MAST has 210 agencies and 1,600 travel advisors in its U.S. network.
