Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana launched a travel specialist program in advance of the resort’s opening next month on Uvero Alto Beach in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.

Agents who book at least three reservations for the 208-suite resort will become specialists with access to exclusive promotions and marketing tools and will be listed on the property’s website to help drive bookings.

They also will receive a three-day fam trip to the resort and be eligible for awards.

“With the launch of such an extraordinary family property, we knew we had to create something equally special for our family-focused agents, ” said Armando Chomat, executive vice present of parent company Karisma Hotels & Resorts.

After booking three reservations, agents must then achieve a minimum of 12 bookings by Dec. 31, 2016 to maintain their specialist status for 2017.

Group reservations are considered one booking.

Bookings must be registered on the Karisma travel agent portal. Once bookings are registered, an agent will be listed as a Nickelodeon Travel Specialist.

The launch of the specialist program comes on the heels of the announcement of Nickelodeon’s first resort in the Riviera Maya, slated to open in late 2017.
