Boca Raton, Fla.-based host agency Oasis Travel Network has launched OTN Academy, a refreshed training program designed for brand new travel advisors.
OTN, No. 53 on Travel Weekly's Power List, said the self-paced program takes around 60 to 70 hours to complete. Advisors can be onboarded in around 3-5 business days.
Advisors can begin booking travel as they work their way through the program.
OTN Academy was developed in conjunction with the Travel Institute, ASTA and CLIA.
"You don’t need experience to succeed in travel — you need the right foundation," OTN’s member development and industry engagement manager, Chelsea Martinez, said in a release. "OTN Academy was created to give new advisors clarity, confidence and a realistic path forward as they enter the industry."
