Passport Online president Jeanne Colombo is retiring, effective Nov. 1, to focus her time on a serious illness in her family.
Colombo has worked in the travel industry for 35 years. She was named Passport Online's president in 2021 after a stint as its vice president of strategic partnerships.
Passport Online chairman and CEO Sudhir Bhagwan wished Colombo and her family the best.

"We are grateful for her years of service and the positive impact she has had on our company," Bhagwan said. "Jeanne has been a key member of our team for the past 13 years, significantly contributing to the company's achievements. Her dedication and expertise have been instrumental in our success, and she will be greatly missed."
Colombo's impending retirement has triggered a restructuring at Passport Online with several internal promotions. Bhagwan, who was named acting CEO in October 2022 and CEO this January, remains in that role.
Andrew Borst, most recently vice president of technology, has been named chief technology officer.
Sarah Bauman, most recently director of product solutions, has been named vice president of product management.
Christina Lynch, most recently senior operations manager, has been named director of operations.
Passport Online is planning to rebrand and rename the company to more accurately reflect its technology offerings for agencies. The company also plans to introduce white-label content API products, custom web services and other offerings.
