Sabre and United Airlines have renewed their global distribution agreement.

The two companies will also continue their collaboration on IATA's New Distribution Capability with the goal of bringing more NDC-enabled capabilities to market.

Last year, Sabre enabled agencies working with the company on its Beyond NDC initiative to make NDC bookings for the first time. United was its launch partner in the effort.

"United was the first airline in the world to launch NDC with Sabre, and in working together, we will eventually enable access through Sabre to the full range of products and services that are currently available on United.com and our NDC API," said Glenn Hollister, vice president of sales strategy and effectiveness with United.

Sabre has more than 425,000 travel agent users globally.
