The Family Travel Association has formed a partnership with a travel agency consortium Signature Travel Network.
Signature will now have access to an array of FTA benefits that include pathways to the organization's Family Travel Certification program.
"FTA has made a concerted effort to establish partnership programs for leading travel organizations, and our program with Signature will not just enable their members to become Certified Family Travel Advisors, but also bring a wealth of information to help them better sell family travel," said Ken Shapiro, the FTA's board president.
Signature will also benefit from FTA webinars, newsletters, travel tools and content-sharing perks as well as access to the annual FTA/NYU Research Study on Family Travel.
"Family travel is a key market for Signature," said Gina Weyer, Signature Travel Network's vice president of training. "We look forward to our travel advisors leveraging FTA's tools to grow their family travel sales."
