Oasis Travel Network, No. 53 on the Travel Weekly Power List, has named Erwing Hernandez executive vice president.

Hernandez joins the Boca Raton, Fla.-based host agency from Trevello US, where he was president. Before that, he spent more than 25 years at Travel Planners International, where he ended his tenure as senior vice president.

He joins the leadership team at Oasis, where Kameish Stanley was recently promoted to chief commercial officer and Sylwia Klimczak to CFO. The three work under president Kirsi Kiviranta and chairman and CEO Lee Smolinski.

In his new role, Hernandez will oversee operations, recruitment and strategic initiatives.

"His vision, experience and passion for empowering travel advisors align perfectly with our mission," Smolinski said in a release. "With Erwing's leadership, we are poised to accelerate growth, deepen partnerships and continue building an innovative host agency model that prioritizes advisor success."
