ARC has introduced an interactive business intelligence
product, Aria, that enables agencies to access data and analytics.
Aria gives agents a way to view high-level sales analytics
and ARC-settled ticketing data via a dashboard format. Data also can be
exported into an Excel document or an agency's internal systems via a raw data
feed.
Data is updated "as frequently as weekly," said
ARC, enabling agencies to track destinations of interest, passenger patterns
and sales trends.
"Aria provides access to quality data with richer
analytics to agencies of all sizes that participate with ARC," said Arun
Gupta, managing director of product management. "Agencies can effectively
use this data to explore opportunities available with their airline partners or
travelers."
Aria’s pricing is scaled, based on the volume of settled
transactions, ARC said.
