Expedia Inc. has created a directorship position for Chelsea
Clinton, expanding its board of directors from 13 to 14 members and electing
her to the position.
Clinton, who serves as vice chair of the Clinton Foundation,
is the daughter of former president Bill Clinton and Democratic presidential
candidate Hillary Clinton.
Chelsea Clinton also serves on the board of
IAC/InterActiveCorp. Barry Diller is the chairman of both Expedia and IAC.
