Orbitz.com has eliminated change and cancellation fees on all hotel bookings.
The online retailer added that while some hotels may have nonrefundable rates or impose fees that Orbitz is required to pass along, Orbitz would no longer be charging their own change and cancellation fees.
Orbitz's new policy excludes hotels booked as part of a package.
