The Priceline Group has named David Goulden CFO and
executive vice president.
Goulden will join Priceline on March 1. He succeeds current
CFO Daniel Finnegan, who is retiring after 14 years with the company.
Most recently, Goulden was the president of Dell
Technologies' Infrastructure Solutions Group. He held numerous positions with
EMC Corporate prior to that, from 2006-2014. EMC was acquired by Dell in 2016.
In his new post at the Priceline Group overseeing its
financial operations, Goulden will report to CEO Glenn Fogel.
