Sabre has named Chinmai Sharma global head of lodging, ground and sea for Sabre Travel Solutions.

Sharma was most recently the president of the Americas for RateGain, a software solutions company focused on travel and hospitality. Prior to that, he has held roles with Expedia, Wyndham Hotel Group, Starwood Capital Group and Taj Group of Hotels.
In his new role at Sabre, Sharma will focus on growing the company's lodging, ground and sea segment.
