Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas, a leader in luxury wellness destinations, plans to open a resort in Fiji in 2017.

Located on a private sandy beach on the South Pacific nation’s Malolo Island, Six Senses Fiji will feature 24 villas that range in size from 800 square feet to 1,950 square feet, each with a private pool. There will be 66 residential villas, the company said.

The property will include a restaurant and bar plus a wine cellar and tasting table. The cuisine will be locally inspired and sustainably sourced, using ingredients gathered from the resort garden, local farmers, markets and fishermen, Six Senses said.

The resort will have a Six Senses Spa featuring the brand’s integrated wellness program, which offers comprehensive wellness assessments and personalized programs offering guidance for overall health, nutrition, exercise, yoga, spa treatments, meditation and sleep.
