Within the Cabrits National Park, the InterContinental Dominica Cabrits Resort & Spa has debuted a suite of new experiences designed to deepen guest immersion into the "Nature Island."
The cornerstone of this evolution is the launch of Teya Wellness Sanctuary, a significant expansion of the resort’s mind-body amenities. The wellness sanctuary features Ayurvedic-inspired "Dosha Rituals," volcanic earth wraps, and a signature outdoor mud pit that incorporates local minerals and botanicals.
Active travelers can also now enjoy new pickleball courts and upgraded glass-bottom kayaks.
The resort’s culinary options have also expanded. Saltwood is a newly debuted Mediterranean restaurant centered on wood-fired seafood and premium cuts of steak.
RumFire Bar, home to Dominica’s largest selection of bush rums, has also undergone a sophisticated refresh. Along with a new cocktail menu, the bar will debut "Pure Heat," an all-day lounge experience featuring live music and curated small plates through September 2026.
