Five new Piton Residences at St. Lucia's Sugar Beach, A Viceroy Resort will feature luxury four- and five-bedroom properties tucked high above the beach with sea views to the west and the rainforest to the east.

The first residence has been sold; the remaining four are on the market for between $7.2 million and $7.9 million each.

When completed in 2020, Sugar Beach's rental service program will offer owners the option of renting their property to resort guests when not owner-occupied.

The five residences feature an open plan living space with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, a timber deck with sunbathing areas, a covered gazebo, an infinity pool, en suite bathrooms, outdoor dining space, a full kitchen with European appliances and butler services.

Owners will have full access to the facilities at Sugar Beach, including the Rainforest Spa, four restaurants, four bars, a scuba center and kids' club.

In addition to the new Piton Residences, the 96-room resort has five Beachfront Collection homes and 20 other plantation residences ranging from one to four bedrooms.
