Flying Fish Kids ClubTamarind in Barbados, the former Tamarind Cove, launched two kid-oriented programs just as the spring/summer family travel season heats up.

The Flying Fish Kids Club, designed for young guests from four to 12 years old, offers supervised activities and entertainment Tuesdays through Saturdays, as well as seasonal activities during the Easter holiday and over the summer.

Club Tamarind, meanwhile, targets the teen market up to 17 years old with land and water sports, off-site tours, nightly entertainment and the Teen Den hangout with large-screen video game consoles.

Both programs operate year-round and are free of charge, except for off-site excursions.

Tamarind reopened in November after a five-month closure for a multi-million-dollar renovation. The resort is a member of the five-property Elegant Hotels Barbados group.
