Former Seabourn president Rick Meadows will act as an advisor to Natalya Leahy, the new president of the line.

Leahy will consult with Meadows on an as-needed basis during her onboarding. She plans to tap his expertise on multiple aspects of the business, including fostering relationships with external partners, the line said on Thursday.
Leahy said Meadows hired her as CFO when she was with Holland America Group more than seven years ago.
Meadows was president of the line from 2011 to 2020. During his tenure, Seabourn launched three new ships and began work on introducing expedition ships, including the order and design work for the Seabourn Venture and the Seabourn Pursuit. He retired in May 2020.
