Princess Cruises has scheduled a one-off sailing of Pacific Princess in the Caribbean in January that will provide the line's only callings next year at Tortola and St. Bart's.

The 680-passenger Pacific Princess is rarely in the Caribbean, said Jan Swartz, Princess' vice president of sales. Because of a drydock being rescheduled, the ship will offer a 10-night cruise from Jan. 17 to 27 before embarking on its world cruise.

Other ports on the itinerary include Antigua, St. Lucia and St. Kitts, which will feature a late evening departure for more time on the island, Princess said.

Prices begin at $899 per person.
