For the first time in several years, Princess Cruises will double its summer presence in the Caribbean, homeporting one ship in Port Canaveral and another in Fort Lauderdale in 2026.

This will be the first time Princess offers summer sailings from Port Canaveral.

The line will sail 90-plus cruises out of the two ports, making it Princess' biggest summer Caribbean cruise season.

From Port Canaveral, the Caribbean Princess will cruise seven-day sailings to the Eastern and Western Caribbean.

From Fort Lauderdale, the Regal Princess will sail seven-day Eastern and Western Caribbean cruises, along with eight-day cruises to the Southern Caribbean.

Each ship will sail one open-jaw Southern Caribbean itinerary. Departing on April 28, 2026, the Caribbean Princess will cruise for 13 days from Fort Lauderdale to Port Canaveral, calling at Princess Cays, Aruba, Curacao, Bonaire, San Juan, Amber Cove, Grand Turk and Nassau.

The Regal Princess will cruise for 14 days from Fort Lauderdale to New York with calls at Curacao, Aruba, Grenada, Barbados, Dominica, St. Maarten and San Juan on Sept. 5, 2026.

Canceled Australia cruises

Princess recently canceled more than three months of cruises out of Australia due to a change in the scheduled drydock maintenance for the Crown Princess.

Affected cruises include those departing from Australia on the Crown Princess between Sept. 26, 2025, and Jan. 12, 2026. The line said all impacted guests and travel advisors have been notified.
