Andrea DeMarco was named chief sales and marketing officer for Regent Seven Seas Cruises.
Andrea DeMarco has been with Regent's parent company, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, for nine years.
In this newly created position, DeMarco will be responsible for maximizing opportunities across all booking distribution channels and deepening travel partner relationships.
She will report directly to Regent CEO Jason Montague, who cited her "deep industry knowledge" and "extensive experience across various business functions."
DeMarco has been with Regent's parent company, Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, for nine years, most recently as senior vice president of investor relations, corporate communications and environmental, social and governance (ESG). She had been an instrumental part of the management team that took NCLH public, Regent said.
Prior to joining NCLH, DeMarco was responsible for North America charter sales at Celebrity Cruises and Azamara.
Randall Soy, Regent's executive vice president of sales and marketing, left the cruise line at the end of July after 30 years.
