Royal Caribbean International will host an online ceremony to take delivery of the Odyssey of the Seas on the line's Facebook page at 5 p.m. Eastern time today.
The ship, the 25th in Royal's fleet, will debut in May from Haifa, Israel, and in November from Fort Lauderdale.
The ceremony will include a live performance from the Quantum of the Seas' Two70 venue from Singapore, where it will be 5 a.m. on Thursday.
Royal Caribbean Group CEO Richard Fain, Royal Caribbean International CEO Michael Bayley and the master of the Odyssey, Capt. Per Kristoffersen, will all take part in the event.
The Odyssey is Royal's fourth Quantum-class ship and its second Quantum Ultra-class ship.
