Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings' luxury brands announced promotions Thursday, including the appointment of Wesley D'Silva as president of Regent Seven Seas Cruises.

The luxury line had operated without a president since former president Andrea DeMarco departed last March.
Sister line Oceania Cruises hasn't had a president since Frank A. Del Rio left in February 2025.

The leadership changes follow the appointment of CEO John Chidsey at parent company Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings and Marc Kazlauskas as CEO of Norwegian Cruise Line.
