Being 'The Little Mermaid' on Maui

The Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa offers mermaid swimming classes as part of its Mindful Mermaid Academy. 

Not just for kids, the poolside classes come in a variety of styles and skill levels. In the Mini Mermaid Class, children ages 4 to 7 can meet one-on-one with a mermaid instructor to learn how to swim with a mermaid tail. Teens can book the Social Media Mermaid package that includes photos and videos of themselves swimming as mermaids. 

Then there's the Beginner Mermaid Class that teaches a max group of four how to swim like a mermaid. Adults get to learn more advance techniques.
