Hawaiian Airlines launched four-times-a-week service between Las Vegas and Maui on Dec. 15.
The nonstop service between McCarran International Airport and Kahului Airport will run using Airbus A321neo aircraft with 16 first-class recliners, 44 premium economy seats and 129 economy seats. The flights from Maui to Las Vegas depart Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday evenings and the return trips from McCarran to Kahului operate Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings.
Hawaiian, which also offers up to three daily nonstop flights between Honolulu and Las Vegas, carried more than 470,000 passengers between the two cities in 2018. Las Vegas becomes the airline's ninth U.S. West Coast city with nonstop service to OGG, joining Los Angeles, Oakland, Portland, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose and Seattle.
